The Come'n Get It
cookbooks are a unique combination of down-home
recipes, early western Canadian ranch lore and
archival photographs. Material had been gathered
from manuscripts, history books, family
cookbooks and farm interviews with ranching
families, and represent a cross section of
Canada's ranching country extending from the
Cariboo area of British Columbia, through
southern Alberta to Saskatchewan.
